a) Items 1, 3 and 6 of this chart are referred
to the rental without considering the operators, having the
requirer to take also upon himself the responsability in the
case of fortuitous damages arised from accidents.
b) The amounts of item 4 include the maintenance
services and exclude the operators and fuel which will be
susceptible of reimbursement to the Port of Itajaí.
c) The amounts for conventional taxes of
this chart will be established by the Port Authority, through
an Order or Service Instruction.
d) The tug utilization tug include "lumpsum"
services (including Sundays and feast days) is ruled by the
Resolution 068/99.
e) In the item 3.1 the minimum request will
be of 2 (two) hours.
f) In the case of forklifts requested per
month, the requirer firm or person will be responsible for
the fuel, which will be paid apart at the retail price on
the day of the payment.
g) The forklifts demanded per period, half
period or hour will have the cost of the fuel already included
in the price.
h) The control of the hour (or fraction) of utilization
is done by means of a time clock located at the Maintenance
Management, since the moment of the equipment departure until
it is returned to the same place.

The taxes of the present chart remunerate the rental of the
Port Autority's equipments.
