3 - In the loading, discharge, transhipment of liquid bulk, operations at the Terminal or quay with rudimental facilities of private use, of private use, in which the access facilities to the Port of Itajaí are used per Net Tonnage of the embarkations.............................................R$ 1,22

REMARKS:

a) When charging the amount connected to the item 1, it will be considered as limits 25,000 T of deadweight (as maximum) and a minimum of 12,000 T.
b) When charging items 1.2 and 1.3 it will be considered as limits, the maximum of R$ 20.000,00 and as minimum R$ 6.150,00.
c) The option of payment per ton or container must be stated by the client, considering always minimum periods of 6 (six) months before the first docking.
d) The vessels transporting sugar in saks will be always considered as item 1.2, fitted the maximum of 9,000 tons.
e) In the case of transhipment of goods:

e.1) Offshore transhipment, from vessel to vessel, with goods proceeding from and with destination to other national or foreign ports, without passing through the port facilities, it will be applied if suitable, tax 1 in the case of embarkations included in the operation;
e.2) Offshore transhipment, from vessel to vessel, with goods proceeding or destinated to the port facilities, it will be applied if suitable tax 1 in the case of vessels using the port facilities and tax 3 in case of in transit vessels;
e.3)
In the case of offshore transhipment, by means of an auxiliary vessel of the internal traffic of the port it is applied the suitable tax 1 to the requirer embarkation;

DEFINITION AND APPLICATION

The taxes of the present chart remunerate the draught maintainance as well as the understructure of Protection and the Hydroway Access: a quiet water access channel, with appropiate depths for the embarkations and turning basin next to the docking alongside facilities.

  • Item 1 is applied to the commercial pier.
  • Item 2 is applied in the Private Terminal per moved ton.
  • Item 3 it is applied in the case of Private Terminal of Bulk Liquids or Gaseous, per the Net Tonnage of the embarkations.
  • Item 4 it is applied per Net Tonnage (minimum of 120) of fishing boats, tugs, etc.
