STATES PROCEDURES FOR THE SOLICITATION OF ROAD SCALE AND DISCIPLINES THE LOAD WEIGHING PUT INTO MOTION IN THE PORT OF ITAJAÍ.
The Superintendent of the Port of Itajaí, in the use of his attributions and on the basis of art. 3º of Municipal Law 3.513/00;
Considering deliberation of the Advice of Port Authority of the Port of Itajaí, in meeting carried through in 31 of October of 2002, and the necessity to adjust the procedures for the solicitation of road scale and to discipline the weighing of loads put into motion in the Port of Itajaí;
Considering that the Supervision of the Port of Itajaí, effectively does not exert more the port operations, and yes exerts the function of Port Authority;
HE DECIDES:
1 - To determine that the operation of pesagem of loads effectively is exerted by the Port Operators;
2 - The solicitation of man power used for the operation of the scales will have directly to be requested by the Port Operators;
3 - The solicitation of use of the road scales will have directly to be made to the Direction of Logistic in the Management of Programming;
4 - For effect of referring invoicing to the solicitation of the road scales the tax of R$ 1,80 (one real and eighty cents) for weighing will be applied;
5 - This resolution enters in vigor from day 08 of November of 2002 and revokes Resolution 018/2002 of 26 of August of 2002.
