Nº 023/2002, OF NOVEMBER 1ST, 2002 |

ESTABELISHES ALTERATION IN TABLE VII OF THE TARIFF OF THE PORT OF ITAJAÍ.
The Superintendent of the Port of Itajaí, in the use of his attributions and on the basis of art. 3º of Municipal Law 3.513/00;
Considering that concessionaire CELESC promoted readjustment in the tariff of electric energy, 4,83% in agreement Resolution ANEEL 0717 of 07/02/02 the heading of Incubency of Capacity Emergencial, and 14.89% from 07/08/2002, accumulating 20,4%;
Considering, the necessity to keep the balance between the operational cost and of maintenance with the respective prescription for the supply of electric energy;
HE DECIDES:
1 - To modify, "ad referendum" of the Advice of Port Authority, following items of Table VII - Diverse Services;
2 - Supply of electric energy for containers to reefer or through clip-on, for container with maximum storage of 10 days for 24 hours or fraction: R$ 23,00
3 - Supply of electric energy for refrigerating vehicles for period of 12 hours or fraction: R$ 17,00
