IMPLANTS ROUTINE OF PROCEDURES FOR ACT OF RECEIVING And DANGEROUS LOAD STORAGE OF IMPORTATION.
The Administrator of the Port of Itajaí, in the use of his attributions that are conferred to him and considering that the loads are inflammable, corrosive and poisonous, that represents a little expressive volume in the storage of the Port of Itajaí;
Considering the convenience of giving a greater rotation at the port warehouses;
Considering the "Regulation of Exploration of the Organized Port of Itajaí", in its chapter XI, item 2.1, letter "n";
Considering that the Customs Station of Interior of Itajaí is apt to receive loads from importation, also those classified as inflammable, corrosive and poisonous;
HE DECIDES:
1. To determine that all the merchandises of importation, classified as inflammable, corrosive and poisonous, disembarked in the Port of Itajaí, must be directed to the storage in the Customs Station of Interior-EADI;
2. To determine that the Sector of Operations - SETOPE adopts the necessary registers with relation to the dates of landing of the ship and transport to EADI, the identification of the importer and the vehicle of transport;
3. The loads in conteineres SHIP'S-Convenience "are disposed" directly from the container into the trucks, after the normal proceedings;
4. To institute the stated period of 30 days so that the inflammable, corrosive and poisonous merchandises currently stored in the Port of Itajaí are removed, aiming at the observance of this Instruction;
5. This Instruction will enter in vigor in 07/07/97;
6. To cancel Instruction API 036/96 of 29/08/96.
