RESOLUTION Nº 004/2003, DE 20 DE MAIO DE 2003

TO MODIFY THE NORM FOR TRAFFIC OF SHIPS AND SERVICES IN THE PORT OF ITAJAÍ

The Superintendent of the Port of Itajaí, in the use of his attributions and on the basis of art. 3º of the Municipal Law nº 3.513/00;

Considering to take care of lawsuit of shipowners of regular line ( liner);

Considering approval in Meeting of the CAP carried through in 11/07/2002;

Considering approval in Meeting of the SINDASC in 13/05/2003;

HE DECIDES:

1 - To adapt the Norm for Traffic of Ships and Services in the Port of Itajaí, approved by the Resolution nº 031/01, of 13/12/01, in incorporating the alterations in item 4.3- Preferential mooring that will start to have the following configuration:

4.3 - PREFERENTIAL MOORING

A vacant in regimen of PREFERENTIAL MOORING in lauching cradle 04 or 03 will be granted to the ships that put into motion GENERAL LOADS, observed the priority degree below, by order:

4.3.1 - Ships whose shipowner keeps regular service ( liner) have at least one year in the Port of Itajaí and has conditions to operate 4.000 plate of t in 48 hours of brought alongside permanence.

4.3.2 - Priority to the ship normally fit in item 4.3.1 will be offered that to announce its arrival (firm ETA) with antecedence of 10 (ten) days, being taken shelter for itself in the Supervision of the Port of Itajaí the stated period 24-hours for the effective mooring;

4.3.2.1 - So soon the cited acknowledgment is received by the Supervision of the Port of Itajaí, the Direction of Logistic will have to divulge to the other maritime agencies that represent shipowners with the right of this priority for knowledge;

4.3.2.2 - In the eventuality of two beneficiary ships of this preference to announce the(ETA) firm for the same day, the mooring of the ship will be granted that certainly will be fond in the bar of the Port of first Itajaí. Remaining the impasse the ship will fit the Supervision of the Port of Itajaí to decide which to be come alongside by the criterion of application of items 6,4 and 6,5 of the Norm;

4.3.2.3 - The ship solicitant of the priority related in item 4.3.2 will have a tolerance of up to 12 h of the date initially announced to usufruct of this condition, after that it will pass to be fit in item 4.3.1;
