Nº 001/2003, OF JANUARY 15TH, 2003 |

ESTABELISHES NEW STATED PERIODS OF RECEPTION OF CONTAINERS IN THE PORT OF ITAJAÍ.
The Superintendent of the Port of Itajaí, in the use of his attributions and on the basis of art. 3º of Municipal Law 3.513/00;
Considering that the increase of the movement of containers through the Port of Itajaí recommends the adoption of new operational routines;
Considering that in some cases the areas of load reception of the Port of Itajaí to be used as storage;
HE DECIDES:
1 - To determine that reefers containers destined to the exportation will only be admitted in the enclosures of the Port of Itajaí in the not superior the 5 working days before the arrival of ship and not inferior stated period of 18 hours before the same one.
2 - To authorize the Logistic Direction of not accepting containers as the stated periods above.
3 - Stored Containers stored in the areas of reception of the Port of Itajaí to the waiting of ships, and that for any reason not to embark in the programmed date, will have to be reprogrammed for the next ship not being able this permanence to exceed the 14 days.
4 - This device will have validity per 60 days.
5 - To determine that this Resolution occasions effect for moorings of ships with arrival to leave in 16/01/2003.
