infrastructure, and provision of condominiais services
as an instrument so that its customers, shipowners,
exporters and importers, are permanently satisfied. For
this we are committed to minimize the distance between
the requirements of the customers and the proposed
standards, and see these effectively carried through.
REQUIREMENTS OF THE CUSTOMER
1) Requirements of the Shipowner:
a) To come alongside when arriving (at the very
least when scheduled);
b) Not to have accidents in the operation;
c) Release the Load quickly;
d) Lesser Cost.
2) Requirements of the Exporter/Importer:
a) Not to have the load stolen or contaminated ;
b) To be able to deliver to the load embarkment
until the last hour;
c) To remove the load as soon as it arrives;
d) Not to have accidents in the operation;
